By creating an account or using Octopus OOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods, except where required by law.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' data without authorization, disrupting the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes.
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. You grant us a license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
You may delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Octopus OOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
